    Laboratory consumables, reagents, and chemicals are non-returnable once delivered

    Items ordered specifically for you or custom-configured equipment cannot be returned

  • Sale or Clearance Items

    Products marked as final sale, clearance, or special promotion are non-returnable (unless defective)

  • Items Without Original Packaging

    Products missing original packaging, labels, or accessories cannot be accepted

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return

Contact Us

Get Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible. Please do not send any items without authorization.

Pack the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include your RA number in the package.

Ship the Return

Ship the item to the address provided by our team. For defective items, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send the replacement within 7-10 business days.

Refund & Exchange Details

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Refund Amount

For eligible returns, you will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or variant, we'll process it as a return and new order. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Important Notes

  • The 7-day return period starts from the date of delivery, not the date of order.
  • For damaged or defective items, please take photos and videos as evidence. This helps us process your claim faster and improve our quality control.
  • If you receive a defective product covered under warranty, we recommend contacting us for warranty service rather than returning the item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria or arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
  • This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Bangladesh consumer protection laws.
