Other Districts
5-10 business days for all other districts and remote areas. Delivery time may vary based on courier availability.
Large/Sensitive Equipment
Delivery of large or sensitive equipment (microscopes, autoclaves, spectrophotometers, etc.) may require additional 2-5 business days for special packaging and handling.

Important Information
- Orders are processed Monday to Thursday (Saturday to Thursday in Bangladesh). Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours. Courier companies may attempt delivery 2-3 times.
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please note it with the courier and contact us immediately.
- For institutional deliveries or large equipment requiring installation, our team will coordinate with you to schedule delivery and setup.
- Delivery delays may occur during adverse weather conditions, political unrest, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery schedule.
