Diagnosis & Authorization
Our technical team will diagnose the issue remotely or schedule an on-site inspection if needed. Once verified as a warranty claim, you'll receive a Warranty Claim Authorization number.
Repair or Replacement
Depending on the issue, we will either:
- • Arrange on-site repair by our technicians
- • Pick up the equipment for repair at our facility
- • Replace the defective unit with a new one
Testing & Return
After repair or replacement, the equipment will be tested to ensure proper functionality before being returned to you. Turnaround time is typically 5-15 business days depending on the issue.

Important Information
- Keep your purchase invoice and warranty certificate in a safe place. They are required for warranty claims.
- Warranty period starts from the date of delivery/installation, not the date of purchase.
